Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

ATS undertakes to refund or transfer course fees according to the following criteria:

the participant has given not less than two weeks notice of their inability to attend the course
the participant having applied for & being confirmed into a course, fails to attend with out prior notice, will have course fees withheld in total as a cancellation fee unless a doctor’s medical certificate is supplied
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be admitted & a rescheduling fee of 50% of the course fee applies
24 hours notice is required to reschedule a course. A $10 rescheduling booking fee applies per course.
24 hours notice is required to cancel a course. A $20 cancellation fee applies
Rescheduling on the day of the course entails a 50% surcharge of the course fee.
