Students receive a certificate of successful completion from the Coffee School. The Coffee School was established in 1997 & in that time the school has trained 50,000 baristas.
For students who wish to complete the Nationally Recognised Unit "Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee" SITHFAB012A , please contact the ATS office on 9286 3566 as you will require further assessment including the completion of the unit SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures.
Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a Statement of Attainment in SITHFAB012A Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee.
