FROM 22 AUGUST 2011, DUE TO CHANGES IMPLEMENTED THROUGH THE OFFICE OF LIQUOR GAMING & RACING, THE COST TO COMPLETE YOUR RSA HAS GONE UP WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF PHOTO ID CARDS. THESE CARDS WILL LAST 5 YEARS. If you completed your RSA before this date your certificate will still be valid.
PAY $120 (pre-paid) for a limited time to complete your RSA in our city rooms OR $125 (pre-paid) at Campbelltown & Miranda. Stand-by rates are $140 & $145 respectively.

This RSA training course (Responsible Service of Alcohol) involves the successful completion of the unit:
Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB009A from the Tourism, Hospitality & Events Training Package SIT07. This RSA training course is recognised under the Australian Quality Training Framework, VETAB & has the Casino, Liquor, Gaming Control Authority approval. From 5 December 2003 it has been a statutory requirement for all people who sell, serve or supply alcohol in NSW to successfully complete the RSA.
Course Summary: This unit deals with the skills and knowledge requirements for responsible service of alcohol under State/Territory legislation. All staff involved in the service of alcohol should complete this unit.
Assessment & completion standard: both theory & written. Upon the successful completion of this RSA course, participants receive a Statement of Attainment . From 22 August 2011 students will also receive an interim certificate from the Office of Liquor Gaming & Racing (OLGR) to comply with the new regulations. The interim certificate will last 60 days (you can use this certificate to start work straight away). You must present the interim certificate to your local post office with 100 points of identification. Your photo will be taken, verification will be forwarded to OLGR. OLGR will then issue your new photo ID card.
RSA Course duration: 6.5 hours
Cost: $120/$125 (see above)if pre-paid on line, over the phone or by post, normally $140/$145 (also the stand-by rates). Please note, priority is given to students who pre-pay as numbers are restricted.
